This model represents the US Navy's Western Electric x-band conical scan SPG-25 radar  antenna commonly paired with the Mark 37 gunfire director from the late 1950s.  It is also referred to in some literature as a "Mark 25" radar antenna.  It is often seen fit to Mk.37 directors aboard Fletcher, Sumner and Gearing class destroyers.

A Mark 37 fire control director is not included.
