The set of models represents standard US Navy 21-inch closed chocks fit to US Navy battleships and many other capital ships since the 1920s.
 
Chocks with 12-inch rope slots for destroyers and other smaller ships are available separately.
 
Note that the US Navy identifies chocks by the length of the rope slot, not the overall length of the chock.
