The set of models represents standard US Navy 12" closed chocks fit to destroyers and many other smaller ships since the 1920s.
Chocks with 21-inch rope slots for battleships and other larger ships are available separately.
Note that the US Navy identifies chocks by the length of the rope slot, not the overall length of the chock.
