This pair of models represents the forward and aft fighting tops, the "Fore Top" and "Main Top", of USS Arizona BB-39 and USS Pennsylvania BB-38 as the ships appeared on December 7th, 1941, following the addition of a radar platform to the Fore Top and a pedestal to support a "birdbath" machinegun position on the Main Top.
