Here is a downloadable scan of official US Coast Guard Booklet of General Plans drawings of the United States Lightship Relief WAL-607.  The plans were prepared by the ship's builder, Rice Brothers Shipyard, East Boothbay Harbor, Maine, dated 26 June 1968.  The scan includes outboard and inboard profile views, and plan (overhead) views of several decks and platforms, and hull cross sections.  The ship is preserved as a museum by the United States Lighthouse Society at Oakland, California.
 
The original scan was graciously made available to the public by the San Francisco Maritime Park Association.
