Here is a downloadable scan of official US Navy drawings of the Pennsylvania-class armored cruiser USS Colorado ACR-7.  The drawing was prepared by Navy Yard New York dated 4 April 1916.  The scan shows outboard and inboard profile views.
 
The original scan was obtained from the US National Archives and Records Administration, College Park, Maryland.
