Here is a downloadable scan of an official US Navy drawing of the river gunboat USS Panay PR-5, probably prepared by the ship's builder, Kiangnan Dockyard and Engineering Works, Shanghai, China, for the US Navy, circa 1927.  This scan shows an outboard profile view.
 
The original scan was obtained from the US National Archives and Records Administration, College Park, Maryland.
