This set of 18 models represents nautical triple-sheave jeer blocks.  Each block is 4 mm tall.
 
Diameter of slot for rope = 0.45 mm.
 
Jeer blocks are rectangular rigging blocks enclosing two or three sheaves (pulleys) used to hoist, suspend, or lower the main and fore yards. Jeer blocks were normally fit in pairs. On large ships such as HMS Victory and USS Constitution, two triple-sheave blocks are suspended from the fighting top above, and two double-sheave blocks are attached to the yard below.
