Here is a downloadable scan of official US Navy Booklet of General Plans drawings of the Wickes-class destroyer USS Kilty DD-137 in her high speed transport APD-15 configuration.  The drawing was originally prepared by Mare Island Navy Yard, Mare Island, California, dated 25 February 1943.  This sheet includes plan (overhead) views of decks and platforms.
 
The original scan was obtained from the US National Archives and Records Administration, College Park, Maryland.
