These two parts (connected by a sprue) are intended to further detail any 1/350 USS Arizona BB-39 model kit as the ship appeared at Pearl Harbor on December 7th, 1941. Prior to the ship's destruction, two small platforms were installed on each side of the superstructure below the bridge. A Mark 49 Director for the quadruple 1.1" anti-aircraft guns was to be mounted on each of these two platforms. Although the platforms were installed, neither the directors themselves nor the guns ever were.
